when purchasing a commission from me, you automatically agree to these terms.

i reserve the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason.

i will only take digital ref sheets, preferably unshaded!

turn around time is 2-4 weeks, however this may vary depending on life events and the complexity of your commission. if i think a commission might take a little longer than usual due to IRL events, i will let you know, but sometimes things happen without warning that may slow me down.

do not claim to have made any art you commission from me. if the character is yours, you may of course take credit for them, but NOT for my art.if reposting my art on another site, please credit me and link back to any of my social media in the description; you can find my socials at the bottom of this page and in my bio.

please send me the full payment for your commission upon request. i will not begin working on your commission until payment is received. i'll take payment plans for purchases worth $40 or more and will begin sketching upon receiving 50% of the payment, but will not begin lining/coloring the piece until it is fully paid off.

if you cancel the commission and i've already started lining/coloring, i can only refund you 50% of the payment. if you've already received pictures of the lined/colored piece i will not issue any refunds. if it's still in the sketch phase and you weren't purchasing a sketch, i'll give you a full refund.

if you notice any issues with your commission when it is completed, i can fix minor issues and/or any mistakes that are my own fault for not noticing or forgetting something on the ref sheet for free. however, if you want me to make a large change that is not my fault (i.e. someone sends me a ref of a character with no wings, when i finish the com they say the character is supposed to have wings and want them added) then i will have to charge extra to change it depending on what you want me to change. i will determine what to do in situations like this on a case by case basis. (generally as long as the requests aren't insanely difficult to draw, i will try my best to work with you to make sure you are happy with the finished product!)

you may not use any art you commission from me for commercial purposes, sell anything with my art on it, or profit off of my art in any way.

i can send WIP photos at your request, just please don't go overboard and ask for several within a short time period.

if you do not want me to post your commission on social media, please make sure to let me know! if you don't want me to post it, i won't, of course, but you must specify this.

i do not offer refunds once the commission is finished. if you aren't happy with the finished product, let me know what you don't like about it and i'll try to work with you to fix it!

by purchasing a custom design or adoptable from me, you automatically agree to these terms.

i reserve the right to cancel any sale at my discretion.

if you need to cancel an adoptable purchase and i have not sent you the unwatermarked files yet, i will issue a full refund.

once i have sent the unwatermarked files for an adoptable, i cannot issue a refund.

if you purchase a custom design or add-ons for an adopt, i may post a watermarked version of them on social media. if you don't want me to, just let me know.

payment for adopts is due 48 hours upon auction completion. if you do not reply within that timeframe, your bid will be made null and you may be blacklisted from future auctions.

payment for customs is due within 72 hours of claiming a slot. if you do not reply within that timeframe, the slot will be re-opened. i may be able to hold slots for longer; just ask.

i'm able to hold adopts for up to 72 hours if you want to AB them. i can hold for longer for returning customers.

all add-ons are typically made with bases that i edit. if you would like to request an off-base add-on, there may be a surcharge.

add-ons and AB bonuses have a turnaround of around 2-3 weeks. customs have a turnaround of around 4 weeks. note that this timeframe may increase or decrease depending on my current workload and the complexity/size of your order. if i think your order will take longer than usual or any delays occur, i'll let you know.

i usually finish adopt add-ons in one sitting, so WIPs are typically not available for them, but feel free to ask. i can send WIPs for customs as requested.

i have no limitations on what can be done with my designs upon purchase. once you buy it, it's yours; go wild! (do keep in mind the ToS of the artists who made the bases i use, however)
